This cemetery is located about 5 miles west of Dandridge, Jefferson Co., TN., on Shady Grove Cemetery Road. It overlooks Douglas Lake, on the north shore of the French Broad River. Some of the graves had to be moved here from their original site after the building of Douglas Lake, including that of Josiah Leath, Sr.
